Thank you for your interest in Sequoia STAR Academy!​

 

Enrolling with Sequoia STAR Academy is easy. Follow the enrollment link at the bottom of the page to find the online enrollment form at sequoiachoice.org. Once you fill out the enrollment form you will be contacted by a Sequoia STAR Admin to schedule a time for you to come visit with the Principal, which is part of the enrollment process. At that time you will have the opportunity to tour the school. You will also be given an enrollment packet to complete your enrollment. Please bring your student's birth certificate, immunization records and proof of residency (Driver's License, Utility bill, etc.).

 

We also welcome you to call and schedule an appointment to tour the school and visit with the principal before you enroll.
